The development comprises of two main elements; 4 private houses, 6 apartments and 6 parking spaces. Situated within easy walking distance of the city centre, the project enhances the existing streetscape by replacing a vacant site with a high quality positive built-form, introducing a more closely knit urban design and generally reflecting the local palette of materials. This scheme takes a contemporary approach and integrates into the existing urban environment, being sympathetic to its suburban context but still achieving the requirements of density and modern living.
